Terrible service. rather sell you new than fix. Beware

Customer service is their highest priority!! Contradiction of terms. Spent thousands on replacing our kitchen appliances. That’s their priority. Been waiting over a year on replacement parts damaged by shipping. Presently waiting weeks for our dishwasher Ito be repaired. Tired of calling and hearing “ we’ll look into it and call you back tomorrow” Tomorrow never comes.

I Purchases a Set of GE Washer/Dryer and was delivered within a week. When I started the Washer it was so loud and the spinner would go on for 45min or more. I had to stop as there was not water left to spin out. The Dryer had a very small lint tray. I called after testing the pair out and asked to have them returned as I was not happy with quality. It was not an easy task to return the product, but they finally picked them up. Issue is I have not been credited back for 1400.00 after 3 weeks!!!

They take your money and dont deliver your appliances. I have called the store multiple times regarding my order and they never return my calls and conveniently no manager or owner is available. The receptionist Sandy just makes all kinds of excuses why no one is available to come to the phone. Paid for everything July 13 they still have only delivered the stove.
