I had years of ar...

I had years of artworks on an external drive that failed, with no back-up. Thanks to the people at Data Retrieval, I got it all back! I also had 3D files from a training in 1998, that were stored on DAT cassettes. It's like opening a time capsule! Thanks guys!

I am very pleased...

I am very pleased with the overall service that I received from FileRetrieval. There was 100% recovery, the service was great, courteous, prompt and friendly. It was less expensive than the others I inquired and faster turn-around. Would definitely recommend FileRetrieval to everyone.

Should've called before trying myself

When my RAID failed to start, I freaked out and started purchasing every data recovery software package I could find online. None of them worked. I finally did what I should have done from the beginning and called FileRetrieval.ca. They were able to save everything from my RAID and transfer it to a new large capacity drive in just a couple days.

Real professional...

Real professionals. Great service. My 1TB GB Hitachi Deskstar HD made clicking noises and didn't boot up. In desperation to get all my documents, pictures and videos, I called fileretrieval.ca hoping they could fix it. In only 3 days I got all my data back and was given a tips on what to do to prevent it from happening again. Prompt and Courtious service.
