    It is such a trea...

    It is such a treat to shop at Fendley Florists. They are so much more than a flower shop. They have a huge selection of great unique gift ideas and fun jewelry. I get many compliments on the items I buy there and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them to my friends and family

    I beg to differ!

    Been a customer for over 5 years! NEVER had a negative experience! On the contrary, they are very helpful and accommodating! I enjoy going into the store and asking them to make me an arrangement. They make wonderful and eye pleasing arrangements! The flowers stays fresh for days! Try it if you don't believe me! Keep up the good work!

    Poor Customer Service

    I experienced the worst customer service when I tried to return a delievery that I wasn't satified with vs the price. I was given the brush off by the owner herself and when she did finally contact me she was rude and offensive.

    I have reviewed our customer database and we have no such customer listed nor am I familiar with this particular situation. We work extremely hard to provide the best value possible to our clients. We have been voted Georgetown's Favorite Florist for the past 3 years by the readers of the Independent Free Press. For us, this is an extremely disappointing posting as we have been providing beautiful flowers to Georgetown and surrounding areas since 1969.
