They do not believe in customer service! They take your money and run. Cabinets were thrown up then blamed my floors for the cabinets and counters not being level. Didn't bother to use a laser level. Have gone back into the store multiple times, with no resolution. The manager pretended to be the owner when I asked for the owner. Lied from the start with timelines and quality of product. Refused to adjust drawers. They do not care once they have your money.

I cannot ever thank Granite Platinum enough for their outstanding teamwork & professionalism. I am beyond happy with the entire experience from the beginning right to the install date. I love my new countertops. Thx again Granite Platinum. Can't wait to continue doing business with you in the very near future.

Horrible customer service. The quartz that we bought and paid for in July was suddenly no longer available the DAY BEFORE our renovation started in September (a date known to them when we bought). And we only knew that because our contractor notified us. No apology. Nothing. We were told it’s no big deal. No acknowledgement of the hassle (we purchased backsplash, fixtures etc to match the counter). It was apparently easier to lose our business than help us deal with their mistake.

We had quartz kitchen counters installed. Great service and very reasonably priced! I had prizes from big box stores and we were getting a much more upscale product, for a very reasonable prize. fantastic service - we have long counters and they managed to do it without seams. We then opted for new backsplash and Moe, the manager, arranged installation. We were so thrilled we decided to do our bathroom. Everything was done so well and promptly and the installers were amazing. Thank you so much
