    Furnace quit 2 days before Christmas, Rob and his team had a new furnace installed the day before Christmas and we had a warm house for Santa to visit. Rob and his team were very helpful and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Newly installed furnace (6 months old) had a manufacturing defect, as a result, the unit leaked gas and other installation issues which caused to be hazardous & made the inside rust. The original installer procrastinated over 1 month and did not honour the manufacturing no hassle warranty nor his installation. After 1 month of no cooperation from original installer, I contacted the manufacturing who referred me to Premium Home Services as an authorized dealer. From the first call that I made

    Last week we foun...

    Last week we found some water pooling in our furnace room. We made a call that evening and one of your employees arrived the next evening. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and seemed to know his job very well. We will be calling your company again in the future if we have any other issues! Thank you for employing staff like this, as a home owner who has dealt with difficult contractors, he was a pleasure to have in our home.
