My hubby and I stopped in at Teddy's last night. We sat at the bar and had great service. The wings were awesome! Just wish there was some intertainment...like a band or DJ. Definitely would have stayed longer if there was.
Dirtiest, ugliest and worst food and service ever!!! received!. I cannot believe people actually go in this place to eat! Smells like pea and the washrooms r disgusting. The staff are all running around looking really unprofessional and the way they all handled the dishes and glasses is really poor etiquette. This place needs to be taken over by someone who knows what they are doing. Really poor management and ownership.

Previous reviewers are obviously trying to help out the new guys in town who couldn't even begin to come close to the food and service given at Teddy's!!! Obviously a business that's been in town for 45 years is doing something right. We are regular customers at Teddy's and as always the food was awsome..you can't beat their salads for quality and value for your dollar. The wings are the best in the Niagara area and their combo platters can not be beat!!!! The absolute BEST place in town.

YUCK. That's the overall impression of the place, the service, and the food. The wings were greasy and terrible, and obviously deep fried in grease that hasn't been changed in a very, VERY long time. The fries were the same. The service was extremely unimpressive. Boy oh boy, I have read the previous reviews, and Teddy's, you should be worried. Now that you have competition in town, you'd better pick up or get out - NEVER again.
This is somewhere we frequent only because the music is not as loud as the other wing joint in town. I kick myself every time we come out because the service is the worst I have ever seen. It takes forever to receive your food even when the bar is empty. The staff don't care and it shows. They're lucky they have a monopoly in Grimsby because if there was competition they'd be out of business!
i want 45 minutes of my life back because that is how much time it took, to get seated and searved with a beer on my table it wasn't evan busy. Unless I went up to the bar and sat with a regular. The wings wern't bad but not good either. Suprisingly small. Any ways I wonder if Teddy can give me back 45 minutes of my life?

Oh my gosh i am a server and if i was as slow and confused as this server i would never get tips.. to much socializing and not enough customer service,, but the Wings and bruteddy bread rocks as well as ceaser salad,..
I can't get enough of these burgers, but the service is consistently TERRIBLE. It's not that our waitress was rude, but she certainly wasn't going to go out of her way to be friendly either. I guess we shouldn't complain too much since we actually got what we ordered this time!

The burger I had was, hands down, the best burger I have had in ages!!!! The others each very much enjoyed their beef on a bun. I suppose the good food made up for the bad service. We had ordered an appetizer, and halfway thru our meal realized that our waitress had forgotten about it, obviously we had as weel, but maybe that was why we didn't see her a lot. Had this been during the dinner rush, we could perhaps excuse it, but that was long over. Oh well, it was for the best, we wouldn't have had room for all of that food anyway! Will certainly go back just for their burgers!
Our server was extremely friendly and took the extra time to answer out billions of questions about everything even though she was pretty busy. I have never been served my drinks that quickly anywhere- not even at a fast food place!!! The food was delicious- just basic pub food, but that's what we wanted!! NB - for anyone ordering a salad get the small one- it's huge, no sense getting the large, it would be far too much unless several people were sharing. Just great!!!!
Worst service ever. We ordered our meals and spent the next 1 1/2 hours watching everyone else get served. Even the people who arrived after us. Grimsby has limited choices but that's no excuse for terrible service. The wings are suppose to be their trademark, but the quality of the food definately matched the quality of the service.
