    I have been treat...

    I have been treated by Dr. Grabowski since I was a young. He is very gentle and his wife, the receptionist, is simply lovely. Large range of appointments are available and I always feel comfortable. Targeted treatment cured me of pronating ankles when I was 10 and my scoliosis when I was 15. Will continue going!

    Customer service needs improvement!!!

    I used the website to request a massage therapy appointment and no one got back to me after 24 hours. I then called and got an appointment from a very helpful receptionist. The treatment was decent enough but the therapist did not make any recommendations for home care or continued treatment even when I asked. After paying, the receptionist (different from the one on the phone) turned back to her computer screen without asking if I wanted another appointment. I waited for a while and then asked "Can I rebook?" She seemed genuinely surprised. The whole experience left me feeling like they really didn't care if they got my business or not!
