Matt at the RONA in Guelph is awesome. There was a mix up with my order and he went above and beyond to make sure it got sorted out. I would recommend shopping here, I know I will be again!

Wendy at the contractor desk is a gem. She knows so much about both construction and products carried by RONA that I go see her for every project we do. Knowing she is involved gives me peace of mind and I appreciate her input, advice and efficiency a great deal.

In the past 8 months I have dealt with the Guelph Rona for 2 bathroom renos and each time the staff have been extremely helpful assisting me in selecting cabinets, fixtures, doors, flooring, hardware. I was pleased with their knowledge, ability to provide better options than their competitors, and pricing. When there was a screw up (once ordering and another time in the warehouse)they rectified things to my satisfaction. The only criticism I have is that they were often busy and I waited.

Visited two times in a one month span. First time looking for a bench plane. I asked someone at the desk and they gave me a very quick answer that they didn't have what I was looking for. Second time I came I came across the item by myself, it was very clear that the employee juat didn't want to help me. Both times I came the women on cash were texting and didn't even notice I was in front of them ready to check out. Unprpfessional and unwilling to take care of customer's needs.

Don't waste your time or money here. They are not a real Rona, just "part of the Rona Buying Group" so they will do next to nothing to help you. I wanted to return 3 boxes of unopened hardwood that I didn't use and they told me "3 boxes weren't worth their time".
