Got my blood done yesterday. Only 2 people waiting but told it would be at least an hour wait. The one blood tech shook her head to say no way …. I was about 20 minutes. The manager kept saying it was because they are short staffed. I said well you have been saying that for at least 5 years. She said it’s the location in Waterdown. The Staff has consistently complained of wages and the company Being cheap and no benefits Etc. Indeed review from past employees is terrible

Tried multiple times to create an account to book an appointment. Passwords were rejected every time even though they met the criteria for creating a password. I tried creating the account on my smart phone and my laptop, but neither worked. Tried calling the support line and it only rang many times and was not answered before I got fed up and booked an appointment with Life Labs instead.

I have been going to this lab. in Waterdown for many years. I have always been very happy and pleased with the staff and the service. Very helpful, patient and kind. And take the time to explain what they are doing. Particular at this COVID time where the patients have to wear a mask to protect the staff and other patients. The afternoon receptionist was racist, she was rude to me telling me to come back bcoz they dont have my requisition eventhough we called before we get there to make sure they have it. Twice I tried to tell her that they have it. She wasnt nice to me at all but when my husband (Canadian) talked to her, it was a different story. I was so disappointed and upset, just bcoz Im Filipino is that why she treated me rudely. A lady in the waiting room saw how I was treated rudely and felt sorry for me.

BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME Horrible patient care, so disorganized, so slow. Do not waste your time.
