Cuts Are Us

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY… Past this place on my morning walk and they looks so clean, updated, professional and busy…I went in as their window said takes walk ins ( it was a last minute whim for me) They were kind when I came in. When I was seated, Heather who cut my hair was unbelievably unprofessional. She was hostile, incredibly rude, and insulting… she barely took anything off my hair thank goodness. I would’ve left immediately if it wasn’t for that fact that I was in complete shock…

Daughter had bangs trimmed. They are uneven and pieces were left uncut!!

terrible customer serivce

about a year ago I went to get a trim and a thinning of my hair because I have naturally curly hair, they did a good job. I went again on the weekend and I haven't experience such disregard of customer service from the staff members. I watched her spend 20 minute talking to a client, guess she liked him, the next customer was a male, which she had no time for, and again with the next customer not even a smile.then came myself I sat in the chair and asked for a trim and a thin she said she no

i've been going here a few years now and love my look every time i leave there. the ladies are great and very professional- with great senses of humour :)

amazing service and no better prices anywhere else in Hamilton for such great work!!! love it so much ill suffer with dead hair till i get down there, which is desperately needed but gets procrastinated but i wont go anywhere else near me!! c u soon :) thanks girls. -jen.h

Wonderful Serice as always :)

I always get great service here and never have had a problem. Heather does mine and my girlfriends hair and does a fantastic job. To the person spreading rumors shes nice to all the same gender couples coming in and we joke all the time. All the girls in here are fantastic and respect us.

Great Place

Everyone is pretty friendly there, the owners daughter is so patient with my kids, and the young blonde girl beside her fixed up my friends botched faux hawk from magic cuts and made it look awesome. Definitely will go back.

Very Bad Service

Not a very good place to go with kids. My son had his first haircut there. It was a horrible experience for him and me. She (The owner) was so rude on the phone the whole time, not once did she smile. She yanked and pushed mine and his heads and huffed and puffed the whole time.
