We offer a do it yourself dog wash with a personal touch where every dog is treated as family. We have light grooming (shave downs, no fancy cuts) and nail clippings. We also offer custom made dog coats and bandanas. We keep our prices reasonable so every pet can be pampered without breaking the bank. We also offer Pet Photography and send each new dog client how with a photo after their first visit. Dog Earrings and Pop-Colouring to dress up your pet also available.     When I took my girl in for a grooming including nails and ears not only was place disgusting but was told it took 5 people to do my little girls nails, I have never had this issue anywhere else makes an owner wonder whats really going on because she was traumatized afterwards for almost 2 whole days

    I am sorry that you were so disappointed in your visit with us. I'm not sure where you got the number of people involved with the nails as there are only three of us here. As for the cleanliness, it's hard to keep up with the floors and such when you have muddy dogs coming and going all day. So I apologize if that doesn't meet your standards.Your dog seemed perfectly happy when she left. Eating treats and wagging her tail.

    I love the idea of this place.. but I have to say you have lost my business due to the lack of cleanliness. The smell was overwhelming. I don't think this place has been clean since it opened. Also, seemed like the people were more interested in watching the big TV they set up right at the front of the store than anything else. I felt like I was interrupting a binge marathon.
