Entertainment Overload

Terrible place to buy or sell games for the following reasons: they don't allow trades for store credit, as it's cash only (which means less value), they don't carry gift cards, as they say it's a waste of money for them, they don't allow preorders, as they sell used games only, and their refund policy is spotty at best. AVOID!

Bought a game yesterday and they wont let me exchange it due to the fact I dont like the game. Why do you bother putting on the receipt no cash refund exchange only? Ive been a valued customer for almost 8 years. Good job new owners you lost a good customer.

They has every wii game Ive ever asked for! Wii music is about $22 on Amazon, and its $5.99 there! amazing!
