There is not enough room to Thank Rocco from Hardwood plus for his invaluable advice and direction in our hardwood floor purchase. We were able to purchase the most beautiful floors and cannot thank Rocco enough. I will tell anyone i l know that needs hardwood flooring to go see Rocco and If anyone reading this review needs any hardwood flooring, im telling you dont buy until youve talked to Rocco, you will not be disappointed. Rocco is great. he was very honest and to the point, which I like. The decision making was not stressful, very easy and fast. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one would help us. I poked my head into an office and asked for help. Three people joked and bantered back and forth about who would help us. After five minutes my husband and I walked out. You have just lost a very large hardwood flooring sale.

Competitive pricing. Rocco - the owner - needs a little polishing in his customer service skills. He's old school... If you can't handle bold up front people do not go there. We were very happy with the quality of the product and the price.
