As an elderly woman I was lied to and ripped off. I asked to have front tires rotated from left to right. (not understanding anything about tires). Mike did the rotation, even as another mechanic came out and said the tires were going the wrong way. Mike said it was fine. After paying him to do so and leaving, I was told repeatedly that these were directional tires and wont work as well turned in the wrong direction. Mike refused to fix without charging me again.
I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 from Mike almost 3 years ago for $8000 with under 100,000 km on it and its still a fantastic little car. I discovered my windshield had a crack a couple days after purchase Mike replaced it for free. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car some day.
Had a very nice experience untill recently when the owner (mike) has refused to honour his 1000km or 6 month in-house warranty for a problem that was supposedly fixed. Still having the issue and the only option I was given was to use used parts from a vehicle in which he has for parts that is in an unknown condition. Possibly one of the worst shops/ dealers I have ever dealt with.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE unless you enjoy headaches.
hi maybe you mis understood my warranty, i give a 30 day, or 1,000 km in house warranty for mechanical repairs, i give a 6 month or 6,000km powertrain warranty on the motor and transmission, within the 30 day period, i gave a brand new battery, brand new radiator, and a brand new idle air control valve, that a lone is over $550 . our in house warranty had expired a long time ago , you purshased a 18 year old car, and threating me with iam taking some were else and your paying wasnt nice either

Many years ago, i was in desperate search of a vehicle, I came across Mike at his old place of business. Needless to say I bought a used car from Mike and have never looked back. Mike is an upstanding businessman fair and honest. He doesnt go looking for problems,he finds the problem you are talking about and fixes it for you at a reasonable price. Being a woman I have been to auto shops many times where they like to take advantage of woman, but Mike treats everyone equally and with respect.

Sold me a car for good price. Month later the batterydies which should have never been safetied with and there was a chip in the windshield that ended up breaking again I was never told about. Then I found out it has a programming issue and I needed to take it back to Mazda! Never buy a car from here !

Mikes a little rough around the edges but hes the best honest fair and respectful Id gladly take any one of my vehicles to him for work I trust his employees to the fullest but kinda wish mckay still worked for him most intelligent tire tech Ive ever met
Do not buy a vehicle from these people they will rip you off and if there is an issue they with you vehicle will postpone the repairs until your dealership warranty is up and you will be out of luck !
i bought four used snow tires for my civic and they were mint condition. the service was quick and it was cheaper than anything else i could find. I would recommend these guys to friends and family.
glenn you left me a $60.00 deposit, we certified the suv , you cancelled the deal,you hit my employees truck and you broke your tail light , you know i gave the $60.00 for my employees damage, what shouldve done is call the police hit and run, but we didnt and you give a bad review !!! really!!!!!!
