They lie, I was told I would receive a service and then they lied and said they never said what they did. I couldn't believe it! Totally lost my trust in them. They used to be good but have really gone down hill. I will never go back there again, nor would I ever recommend taking a pet there.

Took my dog there on Jan 2, 2019. They were zero help, didn’t offer any after care, didn’t give any advise on how to help prevent future seizures or offer a cone as my dog has hot spots. They were more concerned the dog took drugs which i continually told him he didnt and was never around any drugs. My kids could have given me the same knowledge the doctor provided

I switched from Stoney Creek Beattie's, I made a great choice. This place is close to home, the team is friendly and honest.

I have gone here for years with family pets (cats and dogs) and not only have i received many misdiagnoses but having booked my cat in for surgery a week ago only to be told it never happened and theres no surgery on the books for him at all is the last straw. I will never take an animal here again and i recommend you (person reading this) don't either.
