Si jaurais pu, jaurais mis 0 étoile. Manque de compétence flagrante dans son domaine d’études, je crois qu’il est temps qu’un inspecteur ou autre professionnel qualifié pour enquêter sur sa pratique doit être informé afin qu’il ne puisse plus commettre de nouveaux préjudices à autrui. Obtenir un titre professionnel vient avec la responsabilité d’effectuer avec rigueur un mandat pour lequel nous devrions avoir les compétences, si ce n’est pas le cas, il faut s’abstenir pour ne pas brimer autrui.

The bank requested a home evaluation for my mortgage refinance. I received a call from Brisson & Associates and the woman on the phone was polite and pleasant. I had an apt within the week and Max was sent to my house for the evaluation. He was super knowledgeable and respected all covid procedures. This is the first time Ive ever had to go through this process so I have nothing to reference but these guys are great and I would recommend them 100%.

Although there were some delays caused by the COVID-19, Te company made an excellent and thorough appraisal of our property. The report was well prepared and informative.

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible appraisers. Do not waste your money or time. Terrible Service! I simply dont recommend them.

We recognize that we are not always able to reach targeted values, this is not a reflection on our quality of work, rather it is a reflection of market conditions at that particular time. Values are based on the sale of similar properties in the area with adjustments made for all differences and this may be different that your purchase price + cost of improvements

Terrible Service! Young Kid that came to evaluate, doesnt know how to evaluate, had the house evaluated 100k more 2 years ago from another appraiser. Dont waste your money. I simply dont recommend them. Even 1 star is too much. Not impressed with their service.

2/3 Furthermore we are often limited by the lenders requirement. Many lenders require us to only consider 5 or 10 acres of land and none of the outbuildings even though your property may be 100+ acres with many barns and various outbuildings. Different lenders have different appraisal requirement – you should always verify with your lender their lending requirements to ensure it is the best match for your property.

sous evaluez les propriété connait pas sa job jais évaluer ma maison 4 ans passer par un autre évaluateur en 4 ans jais investi 30 mille dollar brisson et asso la évaluez 8 mille dollar de moins que 4 ans passer aucune étoile je ne suis pas le premier
