    Great System - Better Service

    The guys at Bartlett Communications were extremely helpful right through the process of replacing our phone system. They recommend a system that fit our needs and installed it without a hitch.     Terrible Customer Service

    Wish we had NEVER switched our phone lines over. This is a medical facility and the problems with the customer service are endless. Whenever we have a problem, it takes days before anyone calls us back -- if at all.
