    Poor service

    They promised to call me back promptly but didn't. They said they would try to only charge an hour, but didn't. Ultimately I paid 80 for them to confirm my computer wasn't working to which I knew because that's why I brought it there. Thanks for nothing, I will never return!!!!!

    We regret that you are not happy with the service you received. In your review you mentioned that we didn't call you back quickly and I personally would like to follow up on that. Was the call you were expecting following first contact through voice mail, in person or was it a followup after we diagnosed your system. Typically we answer calls and inquiries very quickly so this is surprising. You also stated that we billed you for more than 1 hour yet the $80.00 that you would have paid would be for 1 hour on the bench including taxes and the payment wouldn't be to confirm the system didn't work, it would be to confirm WHY it didn't work and with that a solution and cost for repairs would have been provided. All in all we would be happy to discuss this further and see how we might be able to assist in changing your mind about our company and invite you to call us anytime.We appreciate any feedback and use it to always better our business and regret that we are only now discovering this review!
