Tony Tires in Kin...

Tony Tires in Kingsville is the bomb! I have taken my car there since I have moved to Kingsville almost 9 years ago and they have always treated me well and done an outstanding job fixing and maintaining my car. God knows I am hard on that poor little car. I can not say enough about how wonderful mechanics they are at Tony Tires. Kingsville is lucky to have such a great business in town

Warning to all customers!!!

I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. I towed my car there this month because it wasn't starting. It ended up being a loose battery connection. When I got my car back, my door handle on the driver side door would no longer open the car. Tony's Auto Repair broke my door handle while they were working on my car. I opened the driver-side door when I dropped the car off to Tony's shop and I was 100% certain that my driver-side door handle has never had an issue opening in the past or when I left the car with Tony. When I asked Tony about what happened to the door handle, he tried to say it was already like that when he got it and he refused to fix it or even provide me with the part to fix it myself. I don't like being lied to, especially when I obviously know that my door handle worked when I brought my car there. I was the last one to use it before him! Now with the broken driver-side door, I have to get into the car from the passenger side. It is extremely inconvenient! I told Tony that I wasn't going to give him anymore business and I was also going to write a review about my bad experience at his shop if he had no interest in correcting the problem. He told me that he didn't care and to go right ahead. So here is the review since Tony doesn't care that much about his business appearance or about pleasing his customers.
