Enterprise Rent-A-Car Kitchener

Car rental businesses lost their site of customer service! I’ve been gold member with HERTZ for 7 years & my reservation was booked ahead of time.I showed up for pick up &I was declined rental because of credit card.BMO travel credit card has also sign prepaid, but its fully operational with all logos as credit card, with annual fee! The company is asking for $200 deposit+full rental price that I agreed to charge to my card, but they declined at 133 Weber St.N,Waterloo

Tried to rent a car for two days. I made a reservation and on arrival they declined my card type.. I asked if I could pay cash they then insisted I needed to pay an extra 500 on top of the rental fee and needed to see a bill in my name. Well I only had a rogers bill and since there was a balance of $20 toward they declined me the rental all togather. Worst business iv delt with.
