Best Customer Service Ive had!

The first time i knew I would never go anywhere else other than 3-bay to get my car fixed or maintained was the day my shocks split in half while driving over some train tracks. it was a Saturday morning, my ford dealership didn't answer their phone so I tried 3-bay just hoping someone was there. One guy was there cleaning up. shop was closed, told me to come so he could look. When he wasn't sure he called Kevin, drove me and my car over to his house for him to be able to tell me if i could still drive it. Answer was no, fortunately they found out through Ford it was a recall, got it all fixed for FREE. And when i had t leave my car there on a weekend. Steve, who was at the shop when i showed up... drove me to three different car rental places until i found a car to rent until mine was fixed. I couldn't believe it. the service and how Steve and Kevin went above and beyond for me when the shop wasn't even open. Just great people over there i just love them. Sure they aren't the cheapest around, but you won't get better service anywhere else! i would recommend 3bay to anyone! Oh and just to mention Bob in the office, you can't get a nicer more friendly guy. I just love them all!

Replaced my tires, no trouble at all

I was looking for new tires, I had no appointment. Kevin looked at my tires, order me new ones and replaced them. Now I'm back on the road.
