If I could give no stars I would . My fill was terrible she pushed me into getting a new full set when I didn’t need one . The nails are super bulky and wide but my actual nails are not like that . She blamed it on my nails I would not recommend this place at all

I've been here twice now, the first one was for my prom nails. I told her and showed specific pictures of what I wanted and my expectations were not met, so I ended up re-shaping and painting my nails myself. The 2nd time I was switched between 3 different employees and kept having to get up and move. When shaping my nails I told her that I wanted an almond shape, she didn't match or size them equally, she didn't paint my full nail because she was in such a hurry to leave, she ran out after.

I will never return or recommend people to them

My friend and I booked an appointment for two full sets and a pedi. Our appointment was booked for 7pm, we didn't realize that their closing time was also 7pm. I got a pedi done first, which ended up chipping when I got home. I was forced to pay before my full set was done because the boss wanted to close up. They never once explained this to me I realized it when lights and AC were turned off while they worked on my nails. My nails did not turn out the way I asked. I was forced out the doors.

Amazing service loved my nails!! No wait time for me as a walk in very friendly and clean ! Will be back again. Strongly recommend prices are reasonable

My friends and I made an appointment to have our nails done, our appointments were set for 5:30. There were 6 of us so we expected a bit of staggering in appointment times but we didn't expect them to overbook our appointment times and continue to accept walk ins while we sat waiting. The hygiene is appalling, same instruments used on everyone without disinfecting, nail polish itself is slightly spotty (most of us look like we need at least one more coat) and two of the girls in our group already have chipping or peeling (one day later). Worst manicure service I've ever received.
