Lube N Go

Recently I purchased a Lube N Go groupon for an oil and tire change, then called the shop to ask how much extra it would cost for synthetic oil. I was told $20. However, after I arrived I was told it would actually be $40, and was eventually charged about $48+tax. I called the manager to point this out, but he would not acknowledge the mistake made by his employee or offer to rectify it. Too often, I’ve found mechanics give wrong or misleading information about prices. This was no different.

I guess the previous manager of this location wasnt very good at his job, and it sounds like a totally different experience than i encountered, i have nothing but good things to say about the staff and quality of service, i find the employees go above and beyond. and will not take my car anywhere else. if you had a bad experience with previous manager, i strongly suggest giving them a second chance

No issues with the oil change but stay away from the windshield washer deal. It's seriously watered down, won't remove windshield bug slime in the summer and freezes in your reservoir in the winter. Just waiting to see how much damage has been done to my windshield washer system when this lot thaws.

I was there today...

I was there today for the first time and was very happy They have a fast service and there very courteous. I find prices are very good. I will be bringing my kids cars there also thank you very much I was very happy

Don't go to this place on king st. what a dump and poor service. the whole place is a dirty mess.

Prices are cheap. But, don't go there unless you are ready to wait hours even for a simple thing like tire swap.

They have a fast service, and there very courteous. I find prices are reasonable puss they give you discounts.
