I dont even know where to begin with how absolutely horrible this shop is. 100% would never shop there again. They literally have not done a single thing right.
My MOH tried on her bridesmaid dress in November 2017 while I was present with her. I asked what she had to do to get the dress ordered, she put money down to secure the dress. This store has the worst store policy that I have ever seen in my life for retail. My daughter put $100 deposit on a wedding dress. She tried the dress the 2nd time with same consultant. The second time, they were rude and insulted her body type. The consultant also left her in the change room to get out of the dress on her own with a corset back. She left in tears. We wanted to use this $100 for alterations on another bridesmaid dress she also bought there but the store will NOT allow that.
I was very happy with service I was attending a black event, I told the sales lady what I was looking for and she found a number of dresses for me to try on, I had a hard time deciding since the selection was fantastic. Strongly recommend If you’re looking for your ideal dress whether it be mother of the bride bridesmaids or formal, most of all your wedding gown ... that same day I found my perfect wedding gown..

AWFUL customer service i have recommend this place to a few people but will never recommend this place again. Bought my wedding dress, 6 bridesmaid dresses and MOB dress. At first they were nice but once everything was purchased they just became rude.
Fiance's gown came in with many holes and problems, ordered the wrong veil, and even though they promised to fix the gown free of charge, did not fix it completely but still charged full price! We are now having to take the gown somewhere else to repair. Don't waste your time at this store.
Alterations will cost almost double the dress. Some of staff are extremely rude after you have purchased dresses. Shop anywhere else and don't say I didn't warn you!
