Tim Hortons

The front counter lady Anne is very rude. I normally never write a review but as a regular customer I have avoided the restaurant just because I don’t want to put up with her terrible customer service skills. She should be fired. I am a very easy going pleasant and not a difficult customer at all. She has literally rolled her eyes at me on several occasions. Given me dirty looks. When I walk in she she lets out a big annoying sigh. I don’t get it. She should be fired.

An establishment can be made or broken by the staff you have working for it although this timmies has some very nice staff they also have a couple of very rude staff members. I now will drive out of my way to the fairway location as they are always very pleasant. I feel sorry for manager rude staff can drive away business .I won't be back I want a happy new year!

Morning service is great, but weekend and evening service has gotta be the worst at this Tim Hortons. Last week Saturday was there to order food for my family. No one in line inside, so I started to place my order and lady said oh there is someone in front of you(where?) Oh they are in the washroom right now. Lady says you can go to next till, no one was even there.I left! Was there again today, I believe same server, once again she was rude, I left again.
