Ultramar

I am giving this company one star rating because there is no lower. When you call with an issue it is never resolved. You are told someone Will call you back but they never call you. When you order propane online you get one price, but the price they charge on delivery is several cents higher. This is a horrible company and I am shopping around for a better company to to give my business to.

Oil tank hovering on empty called Ultramar three times in last 24hrs and had to repeat specs each time to answering service. This never happened before they became "Parkland Fuel Corporation." They atually sent letter reassuring us when switch occurred nothing would change, merely name!

They came to inspect my furnace ( right after they cleaned it). The exhaust pipe desperately needed to be replaced. Then they wouldn't return my calls to tell me what was going on. Then they told me almost 2 weeks later that they red tagged the furnace due to the company that makes the furnace no longer makes the part so instead of trying to locate a part they told us we needed to replace the furnace. I had someone else come in. They found the part and fixed it, inspected it and it passed.
