The hotel is very nice, surpassed only by the super friendly and helpful staff. We ate at the restaurant in the main lobby, where our waitress seen me struggling with my toddler over breakfast. She then went to the kitchen and made a swan out of an apple, abounding an imminent meltdown from my three year old. Her kindness and quick thinking changed the mood in my boys for the rest of the day. First class service with a smile. Thank you.
