Doctors Walk-In Medical Clinic

Please don’t advertise that you are open until 8pm when actually you lock the doors at 6:30pm in order to “get the doctors out on time.” Advertise that you are open until 6:30pm so people like myself don’t drive across the city hoping to get care.

Called to ask a quick question, I was put on hold and finally hung up being on hold for over 10 minutes, called back again got put on hold again for over 10 minutes. Hung up, called again, I said I just have a quick question and was put on hold again for over 6 minutes. This was absolutely ridiculous, it took less then 30 seconds to ask a question and get a response. This was unnecessary and wasted about 30 minutes of my data.
