First Cycleworks

Owner treats people like dirt and is extremely rude. Even cussing at children and makes the buver's experience feel sickening I feel so disgusted and to yell at my children is not okay. There is a way to talk to people about circumstances or a situation and he blew a gasket and this wasn’t even the first time. Over all I will not be returning. The employees were great but i truly pity when they have to be in the owners presence for he has no sense of hospitality or respect for anything

Martin and his crew are the best in the business. Martins knowledge of bikes, and cycling is second to none. I would recommend him to any cyclist, no matter what level they are. Two thumbs up for this super store !!

Great vibe, great people, great shop!

Martin and Wahnita a great people. They work hard to make you feel at home and listen to your needs and/or problem. Small, family-owned businesses treat you right and these guys bring that. And they give back to the community -- they support the Grand Bend to London MS Bike and they've been helping with the new BMX park in the city. First Cycleworks is my shop in London when I come home to visit family.

How about some reasonable business hours.....

Each time I have gone to this bike shop they have been closed, they don't open till noon during the week! Once when I returned in the afternoon they were still closed. No sign, no indication of why they were closed, so I waited thinking they just stepped out. 5 other customers showed up while I was there, finally I decided to call them, turns out they had closed the store for a 4 day long weekend without putting up a sign.... Outspoken opens at 9:30, they are my new bike shop
