    We purchased a cal-spa 5 years ago from this company ($9K). It was a lemon from the start. Nothing but headaches and the company didn't do anything for us KNOWING it was a LEMON! I do not recommend this company to deal with and would never by a Cal-Spa again.

    Excellent work I have a very complex waterfall and they problem solved for me Kudos to the staff .. I would not trust any one else with open or close my system Dave and Dwayne are the best. The comments about complaints about service calls are not fair.I for one am too busy to be there and this company does not need me there to supervise Thank you naborhood ... DR T

    Terrible customer service. I was not provided a time for an appointment as they were busy with calls for service, just that they would get to me when they were able. A member of their staff attended my residence when I was not home. I did not receive any notification that the staff member would be attending my residence. No service was done. I was still billed for the service call. I will not use this company again. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

    We received a call from the above customer on July 5th, 2016 asking for us to come out to do service for him. He was told at that time that we don't schedule appointments, that the work orders are made by the store staff and the service manager sends the technicians out. We are a very busy company and every effort is taken to service our customers in a timely manner. Most homeowners are at work during the day and appreciate us doing the job without having to take time off work to be there. If he wanted to be home during our service, he could have just asked for us to call him prior to coming out and we would have been happy to do that for him. He never indicated that he wanted to be home or called first so when our technician visited his residence, they knocked at the front door and proceeded to the backyard and left a note to let him know that we had been there and what we had found. He was not charged for any labour, just a service call which gets the truck and the technicians to him home and to look over his system.

    I had a new pool ...

    I had a new pool liner installed in May. The service men were totally fantastic. efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my yard. The finished product is fantastic, I would refer the company to all who will listen. Thank you

    Great company to deal with

    I had a problem with a hot tub that was not even a model they sell. They came out and took a look at the problem and took some parts with them back to the shop to test it. Ofter a day I received a call back and a fault was found in the heater. 3 days later I'm back up and running. I have also used Naborhood Pool to help me with a custom pool I had built and I was very happy. They were there to give me loads of information and help me again with more equipment. Thanks to Naborhood for all your help and I look forward to more years of excellent service from them.

    Poor customer service

    Booked a pool opening early in the year. Company called and confirmed the date agreed to a few days before the opening. The technicians showed up the day before no one was home and the opening was incomplete. Tried to rectify this over the phone and they were blaming us for getting the wrong date amoung other issues. They promised to be out the next day, never showed and no call to tell us that this was the case. Still tried to place the blame on us. Totally disastisfied with this company and their utter lack of customer service.
