I was insulted and belittled by a teller at this bank, If and when this fellow Edolfin is present in the bank I go to the branch across the street where I feel welcomed and spoken to and treated with respect, Much better than the way I was treated by this ignorant character. Since these unsettling experiences I endured I will relocate my business and financial dealings to a different financial institution. I dont understand how or why big corporations hire people who have NO people skills.

Simply terrible

Terrible customer service, incompetent staff. Requests do not get processed.
