This is my worst experience as a customer ever. I purchased a $3500 Natuzzi sofa from Furnishings 2day in February. After a 3 month wait I got it in May and that was when the nightmare started. The delivery guys they contracted were terrible. They did not care about the sofa at all. I bought a sofa set in Jun 2014 and still have not received it as of today - Mar 2015. EVERY SINGLE time I call and leave a message for someone to call me back, they always say yes, and NEVER called back - not a single time.
I am tired of all these lies and broken promises. This is a business that DOES NOT KEEP ITS WORDS, and be careful in whatever they promise you.

Not getting some items until 3 weeks after promised delivery date, then having one item back-ordered for another 4-6 weeks, not getting messages returned, getting called stupid by rthe store manager on the telephone... All good reasons never to shop at Furnishings 2 Day ever again.
