    Vitality Yoga

    Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer. I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.
