Alamo Toronto Pearson Int'l Airport

Absolute joke of a company. Was told it would be 3 business days to reverse a cancelled reservation at the Pearson Airport Location. Upon speaking to head office customer service I was told that it would be 5 business days which rendered my Visa card useless for my business trip to Hamilton. Please inform your staff not to give customers false information. Never use your service again. Terrible. Zero stars.
