Extremely professional! Got my front door from them and they were always available and ready to answer any question I had and made sure I was happy with my door. Currently ordered my windows from them!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. The owner's name is Jim and I wanted a fibreglass front door installed. He told me I needed to wait 5 weeks. Well two months went by and I had to call him to see when he would install our door. Finally, his son came to install the door and it only took him one hour. Not at all happy. The paint is chipping away; not painted properly. Very Very disappointed. Said he would come to look at door but never showed up;doesn't return my calls
