Not help full at all. Did not have a PIN number for my Credit card and the tap limit was Two high they would not split the payments or put it in Manually as that’s what the bank told me they can do and would not take my Debit card. And not willing to help me in anyway they just told me to go to the bank and now they left me stranded on the side of the road and walking home because they were not willing to help.

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.

When we returned the van, staff found a small vertical dent in the bumper that we definitely did not cause. We bumped nothing in our few hours with this vehicle. The van was quite dirty when we picked it up and the staff member who inspected it when we picked it up could very well have missed this very small dent. When we returned the vehicle, a different staff member did the inspection and found the dent. She said we would be charged the $1000 deductible even if the repair cost less.

all customers that will be renting from this location. please take pictures of damages before AND after you drop off. especially after hours. the team there will accuse you of damages and delete surveillance footages so you cannot see, therefore you are the liability. this location is a dishonest, untrustworthy, scamming company.

They canceled my reservation 3 days before I had to move because they were "low on trucks". I made the reservation 1 month ago. Never use these people!

Initially service was ok, my problem was with returning. First when I arrived the manager came the same time, he look amazed I guess black women are not supposed to drive trucks, plus I was a little dusty since I was doing my moving alone. I ask for the free service to take me to my destination as I had a bag packed plus my carry-on and my back pack. The young attendant put my things into a car, manager ran out and told him take them out and put them back in the truck. they refused to take me...
