In November 2019, I bought a cherry blossom chocolate. When I started to eat, a small living white worm came out. Literally disgusting.🤮Since then, I no longer buy your low-end chocolates. Very traumatic experience.😫

about 2 times a month my grandchildren and I have a movie night one of the highlights has always been Bridge Mixture we would all take a turn finding our favorite candy. As of late there are very few if any milk chocolate with the soft center. We now have the wright who had a turn last or we do not get one. The last bag I purchased had none of these and was quite disappointing.

Got a box of licorice cigars for Easter. Took one out, not eatable. Bend it and it cracks. Absolutely terrible. Wont tell my brother, but he paid a lot for this box. Hershey in smiths falls were so fresh. Now they are closed and cant get good licorice cigars. Very disappointed.

Totally ruined the licorice product for years by vacuum packaging. It' a greed and more product space instead of quality and values excused by freshness and profits.... When are companies going to say enough of record profits and go back to quality and values. Stick your confections in your ears.

Why are you promoting Cherry Blossoms where the chocolate has a whitish tint? Number under the box is 6800070227. We bought two and both were that way so they went the way of the garbage. Are they made in USA. As it is " manufactured for Hershay Canada" but doesn't tell us where they come from. Since you moved from Canada has the quality of the product gone down that much ? Sad to see this and will have to keep away from Hershey products I guess. Pat
