    Very good Service

    I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. I really appreciated the way Mr Home Appliance does business, and from now on they will definitely be the first company i will call whenever facing any sort of trouble with my freezer or any other appliances, as Andrew told me they also install and fix Air Conditioning, Washer machines, Dishwashers, and other appliances, Thank You once more Mr Home Appliance!

    Very Experienced Technician

    There was a severe drop in the temperature of my Subzero fridge. We had called in a different company and they told told us the compressor had gone bad and was going to charge a very high amount to replace it. We called in Mr. Home Appliance to obtain a second quote on replacing the compressor. The technician did a couple of tests on our fridge and told us that the compressor was perfectly fine. It turns out there was a leak in the system line. Replacing the compressor wouldn't have solved the problem. For fraction of the cost of replacing the compressor, the technician replaced the entire line with brand new copper tubing. The technician even showed me the leak in the old line. Two hours after the technician had left, the fridge was working perfectly and continues to work well to this day. Had I replaced the compressor, I would have lost time, money and food.

    The Worst Experience with a Repair Company

    Don't even think about hiring this company, not only did Andrew not show up once, but he didn't show up twice and didn't even have the brains to call me and tell me he wasn't coming. Two days in a row I waited all day for him. My last call to him was not returned. All he had to do was show up and he got paid. Obviously he doesn't need the business.
