I was helped my Dash. He seemed to be a nice guy, very accommodating at first and willing to negotiate on the price. I was stoked about my purchase. After I signed all the paperwork and agreed on a price, I then discovered that the vehicle did not have heated seats (even though it was listed as a feature on AutoTrader and was told it had it). Service is very poor and absolutely unprofessional !
