Print 2 Go

For the past two years I have been a client of Print 2 go. Every time I go I am impressed with the care and attention I receive. My account executive Bobby - the production manager, makes me keep coming back. I will continue to support Print 2 go in Mississauga!

Excellent service, super friendly ,reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to others but

I got my first time printing in this location today and the employee was terrible. He told me he didnt understand my language when I got confused with my first time. This guy would be fired for better service. I will not come here anymore.

Worst customer service, the employees there are quite rude and have no idea how to deal with customers. I got 7 sets of passport pictures done and I was not satisfied with one set. Instead of considering my satisfaction, clerk there got into argument with me. When I told this is not the way you deal with customers, instead replied back with a discriminating comment. Really rude and very disappointed with customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

long story short the dude charges 5 buck for cutting paper that I had printed there and had cut myself using their cutting board. when I called their scarborough location the lady their says we charge if we cut the paper for you. I call their head office the guy says to me well it depends on the situation lol so needless to say never going back their since they have no clue how to run a business - I asked the guy where does it say that you charge $5 for cutting 5 pages he says its on my system!
