    Restore & Replenish sets the bar high for spas/salons in the neighbourhood. Monique, the owner, is diligent, highly skilled and caring. She, along with her entire team, supersede expectations. Highly recommend a visit!

    Worst Manager and Customer Service

    I telephoned in for my second visit and the receptionist confirmed I can use up my WaySpa credit. After my treatment, the manager told me I couldn't. She had already cashed in the WaySPa certificates before and wanted me to pay in cash. I inquired when the policy was changed and she looked at me. "Right now!" The staff standing around her looked at her. I pointed out that her door, her desk/payment and receptionist area indicated the spa accepted WaySpa.

    Hello Abigail, I apologize for the late response. I finally accessed my yp account!We accept wayspa for 1st time clients & will continue to accept wayspa until their wayspa credit has been redeemed in full. We promote wayspa on our website, however not within our actual spa :( I have responded to your previous reviews on google, yelp and trip advisor. Please re consider your reviews. We love our job and what we do and I promise you we would never behave in this manner. These simply aren't true.

    Restore and replenish spa never has any harsh smelling chemicals since they use only vegan and organic products! The hair studio is also ammonia free so no harsh scents there either :) the spa smells of essential oils and is very welcoming
