bougt a tv at leons set it up would not work lines and crack on left hand side going through the centre sent pics 22 nov and 25 of nov through leons owen sound have been waiting for a replacemet now this is 15 of dec still no replacement
Do not buy Samsung refrigerators. They sold us a new one with out door seals and will not pay for the seals so the refrigerator works. Three weeks of total frustration has got us nowhere. When we escalated to the president’s office Alfonso said he would not pay and hung up on me. We have a new refrigerator missing parts and Samsung doesn’t care. Shame on you Samsung! Do not buy Samsung!!!
In the past two years all my Samsung products have broken down- Oven (7 years), Fridge (3 years), TV (10 months!). After repairing my Oven, the Samsung part that was replaced failed again after 4 months, but they refused to cover it because its past their 90 day policy. What a joke. Avoid Samsung products.
Don't waste your money on a Samsung fridge; we had a smart fridge for 3 years; it needed several repairs (even parts are not available) until it died completely about 3 months ago; we spent all of that time without our main fridge, just waiting for several failing repair visits until they decided finally that the fridge is faulted and unrepairable and they approved a replacement fridge for us, and certainly we choose another reputable brand rather than Samsung.
Never buy Samsung products. It’s just rubbish. My front-loading washing machine suddenly exploded. I was overwhelmed. From then on, I had a severe headache and couldn’t sleep well at night. We bought a samsung fridge and gas range 4 years ago. The fridge has has almost every part replaced. you cant take the veg drawers out as the door is in the way. I have cracked the user tray above it trying. Such a cheap piece of crap. The gas range oven panel just decided to stop working today. Of course the warranty ended last month. Its like they put timers in there. Our parents appliances worked for ever. Never ever will I ever buy another samsung product again. So freaking disappointed

Samsung is the absolute worst company on the face of the earth. We bought a refrigerator 11 months ago. The door shelves do not stay together so stuff falls out when you open the doors. Even though the warranty clearly says that parts are covered for 1 year they are refusing to replace them. This is the same company that had the faulty top load washing machines. We will never consider buying any Samsung product ever again.
I bought a Samsung 55 smart TV just over a year ago and for about 2 weeks, when turned on the home page goes dim. I called Samsung support and the guy walked me through a factory reset. I asked him if I would lose any settings or home apps and he said no. After reset I did lose all my home apps (I reloaded them all) and I also lost all the calibration I paid $300 for when I bought the TV. I phoned back and they said sorry they couldnt help me and that I had to pay for another calibration.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a tv from Costco with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. It’s been a year and a half, and the thing broke down. Samsung refusing to honor the warranty - was told they would send a repairman to my house - then received an email stating that I’m not eligible. Tried to call back, but I’m on hold for almost an hour chasing these guys for an explanation. Horrible customer experience and dogdy product.
bought refrigerator Jan 9 2017 april it broke they repaired it. august broke same issue deemed non repairable. Samsung told us they would replace. Don't buy samsung products, If it works good that is fine but if you wind up with lemon, which my washing machine is, then you are in for pure torture with getting a working machine back in any timely fashion. I have purchased 2 Samsung products and both have had issues. The worst part of it all is that while these products were under warranty Samsung never resolved the issues and in the end I just lost out. Samsung customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. My friend's 12 day old S8 phone is having glitches and Samsung is offering him zero help. If the issue doesn't resolve he will have lost everything. Not worth buying a Samsung product, customers mean nothing to them.
my husband and I have been trying to deal with our top load washer recall issue and we have in our home a machine that could cause physical harm. yet Samsung is not able to send us our papers to start our process of replacing our top load machine with a safer one. We can never talk to a supervisor or manager. our case has been escalated 6 times now ,,, yet still nothing! they have been promising us since march 1st that our papers will be emailed to us yet still nothing as of April 19
