The reviews are extremely outdated, this is a fantastic location. I’ve been getting all sorts of advice and different products from them. They’ve been a godsend for me. If I was you I’d 100% give them a chance

Terrible store. Very unsanitized and theyre feeders have visible mites on them. I wouldnt reccomend going here unless you want to infest your collection. 10/10 would not Bang.

I have enjoyed lost world reptile store! I was a customer of another reptile store and had decided to find another. Lost world treated me like I had always been their customer from the beginning. live product is healthy, facilities clean and orders are met in a timely fashion. The owners dedicate themselves to their store and work right along with staff so customers have an enjoyable reptile experience. I would continue going to Lost World!

Absolutely disapp...

Absolutely disappointed with the dry customer service...all staff sounds burnt out and miserable. Spoke to main store owner and requested confirmation of a species availability and was told id be contacted in a few days...3 messages later and almost a month I finally got to speak to someone who sounded miserable and was asked the same questions all over again that I initially took the time in my initial request to explain to the owner. Now I was also told the price is doubled. Horrible business practice from a supposed expert. Animal enclosures are not maintained properly and the large Varanus Salvator in the back is covered head to tail tip in thermal burns. With their access to good equipment and supposed knowledge this should be completely avoided. Stay clear of this store and spend your hard earned money in a place that acts and treats their stock professionally.
