I am so happy, my husband dropped his expensive Citizen watch on our ceramic floor and shattered the glass. I called the only distributor and was told that I had to mail it to them and gave me a hard time . I have gotten batteries replaced at x-Press so I went there and they replaced the glass in one day. They can solve most problems right there in the store. Extremely helpful and polite?

I find X-Press has excellent customer service and pricing. I have compared with other watch and Jewellery repair pricing and they have been more than 1/2 price! I have tried other places over the years, but continue to go back to X-Press. I highly recommend them for their quality and workmanship as well.

To be honest I’ve dealt with a lot of jewellery stores in the past for a lot of my watches and jewellery needs and never before have I been so impressed with the level of customer service that I received from this location. Apparently It’s a small family owned business and you can tell by the amount of attention they pay to customer service something you don’t find with the bigger box stores. The Lady I dealt with was nicely dressed very polite and very down to Earth and very knowledgeable.
Excellent watch service, best prices i have found after searching for so long. Older watch like mine is getting more difficult to find people who can repair it.

Went there for an appraisal and found out a couple of stones on my diamond bracelet were loose. So they offered to fix it and I agreed and when I came back for it they gave me back the bracelet. When I looked at it the settings they were demolished and the diamonds were missing and when I asked what happened they said he dropped the diamonds and was looking for it. When he finally found the diamonds I took everything and left then had to 3 times as much to have it fixed. What a nightmare to say
I am ecstatic that i found a place to do such a good job for such a good price. they have repaired my watches and jewelery multiple times and I've had a great experience each time. They've always had great customer service. Very fast too.
