Was unprepared/shocked at orthotics made for me. They didn't resemble anything I'd ever seen - so bulky they didn't fit 1 pair of my shoes/boots. Was told to replace all my footwear which I never heard of from anyone I know who wears orthotics. I strongly recommend that you ask to see examples/photos of their work, understanding the variations between each individual foot needs & circumstance. Ask about their application into your footwear. I am most unsatisfied. Paid +$500 from my own pocket!

Everytime I go in to see Chris, he is very welcoming and full of knowledgeable information to help me make the best choices for footwear, insoles and compression stockings. He take the time to make sure I fully understand what he is doing and why. His receptionist Crystal is amazing as well. Very pleased with Superior Orthopedic Solutions

Even if you're in pain: run, don't walk, to see this guy. I've been to countless specialists for a condition that I've had for over 6 years, Chris is by far the most professional, engaged, and competent. He takes the time to explain every single thing and patiently answer every question, and goes above and beyond to help. He really knows his stuff and gets results! I am so impressed, and even more impressed with the progress I've made since being in his care. Most emphatically recommend.

I have read the other review & was surprised. That was NOTHING like my experience. I found Mr. Kitchen to be VERY professional! He has a true passion for what he does & it shows. He has helped me immensely. The pain in my knees are completely gone. The doctors told me I needed surgery but with Mr. Kitchen's help that is not the case. I have seen other "Professionals" in that area ( not to be mentioned) , I did not get the same courtesy & results I have with Superior Ortho Solutions. In fact, I never even received what I ordered from them! I am so pleased with his services that I have stuck with him through his different locations. My daughter, mother, husband, mother-in-law & many of my friends have also seen him. He has helped all of us!! After us seeing doctors & being offered surgery or injections for everything from knees & back surgery. Our orthotics, braces & shoes have relieved our pain with no meds or surgeries!!!!! I am living in the US now & make a special trip home to see him when it is time. I have friends who are doctors & I know they refer all of their patients to him. I know he is very busy but he takes the time to explain what his plan is, even has models to show. Everyone I send to him are pleased & rave about him. I would not recommend him if I did not think so too. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the results & treatment I have received from Mr. Kitchen & the staff at Superior Ortho Solutions. I give him 5 stars.

For more than 10 years now I've been successfully referring both my pre and post operative patients to Chris Kitchen at Superior Orthopaedic Solutions. Not only do I wear his Orthotics myself in my medical practice, but I also do the same during my surgical day. My wife does the same for all of her standing and walking activities with the exact same terrific results I've come to expect. Rude and unprofessional

I went to get orthotics...for a 'professional', he was not very open to finding solutions conducive to my lifestyle; very much 'my way or the highway' attitude. Put down other professional in the same business, which is not only arrogant, unprofessional, but rude. At times he was condesending and snarky. The receptionist also was rude and copped alot of attitude anytime I called to make an appointment.
