I just purchased a Ninja ZX14R and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was not sure to make the 2 hour drive from Markham but I was glad I did. Larry was very helpful. He answered my queries to my satisfaction and he always make the effort of giving me the details and made me comfortable about the purchase. Kudos to Larry and his team! Came across Larry's dealership by chance but was totally impressed with his knowledge and honest character. I feel I got great value for my time and money...will definitely deal with him again in the future despite him being over two hours away and him talking positively about dealers closer to me during our conversations.

purchase special is that I bought the scooter over the Internet, based
on the reputation of this company. Being located in BC and with NRC in
Ontario, I was worried about making this purchase. I dealt with Larry,
who I would say is a consummate professional. They arranged shipping,
packaged the scooter and sent it on its way to me. It arrived in
perfect condition in a crate especially built by NRC for me. If you

I recently purchased a SYM Mio 50 scooter from Larry and the gang at NRC. I found the amazing deal on Kijiji but was skeptical of the 3 hour drive. WOW was I pleasantly surprised!! Larry's shop is immaculate, professional and full of good ol' fashioned service. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful. It's one of those places that makes after care, maintenance and warranty service actually palatable. I won't need to look for a Dealer closer to me to do my work....I'd rather go where I know that my bike and I will be well taken care of. I thought buying a scooter at a "motorcycle shop" would be a wierd experience...I couldn't have had that stereotype more wrong. Looking for a Kawasaki motorcycle, SYM scooter or special modification......go see Larry and the crew....they'll fix you up. No junk sold there..not after 30 years of experience.
I have been dealing with NRC for years now and have always been more than pleased with every transaction. It doesn't matter if I am buying a bike, trading a bike, getting service or buying parts, the staff is great to deal with and always helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a friendly helpful place to deal. I have sent several people to NRC over the years and they have all been extremely happy as well.
It's not just about the sale with NRC. All of the staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe not only with the bike mechanics but also help with riding. As a first time bike owner they have made the whole experience wonderful. I would not recommend any other place if you are looking for great bikes and staff who really care about their customers.
Our family has been visiting NRC for about 20 years and have purchased three bikes in the past ten years and we can say without reservation that our experience has always been positive. Service work, parts, even warranty work, have always been excellent. All staff members are very knowledgeable and courteous and they don't mind spending a little extra time to answer questions. In today's world it is rare to receive the superior level of service that NRC provides.

My experience with race crafters was just great the people are always friendly and and willing to help with all my questions they are the best and i recomended racecrafters to my friends and family and a few have purchaced bikes and accesories from there easy to locate dealership that is close to fuel and stores and centeral to st catharines and the falls.What i liked best is that they treated me like a person not like a wallet.

Almost any retailer will take the time to be courteous and friendly during the sales part of a purchase but it's the service to the customer after the sale that really separates the run of the mill dealer and the great ones. It is in this area where NRC really shines. I have been a loyal customer of NRC for over eight years now and they have never failed to meet and exceed every expectation I have ever had. Here is just one prime example of to what I am referring. About three years after purchasing my first Kawasaki from Larry I was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident one sunny summer afternoon. Luckily my injuries were relatively minor but my bike was a write off. Larry went well above the call of duty by researching the cost of a replacement of my exact model and furnishing these quotes to my insurance company and going to bat for me and helped immeasurably to expedite the claims process , all without any prompting on my part. It is this rare level of service in conjunction with superior product that truly separates NRC from other stores, not just in the motorcycle industry but anywhere in the retail sector. It is for these reasons that Larry and the gang at NRC have earned my loyalty for life. Although I had been aware of NRC's existence for some years, it wasn't until my old Honda finally gave up the ghost, and I had begun the process of searching for a replacement for my old bike that our paths finally crossed. I decided to get back on a bike after over 20yrs of not riding so I went and checked out NRC and I am glad I did because I am sure if it wasn't for Larry and the staff at NRC I would have never bought my bike.Larry took the time to show me everything about the bike and got me familar with riding again.He even hoped on a scooter and escorted me all the way home,there is no way you would get that kind of service any where else.If you are thinking about buying a bike check out NRC before going elswhere you won't regret it.
We are extremely happy with the service we have received at NCR. We went down to look at the motorcycles several times before we purchased the two Vulcans and we never felt pressure to purchase immediately. They took their time with us and explained everything fully. My wife who also rides really appreciates the service she receives. They treat her very respectfully and she appreciates that. Ryan and Aaron are very helpful and knowledgeable. Virgil is the service department is outstanding. Larry always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. The quality of customer service is excellent! Everyone there always greets you and knows you by name. Customer service is the most important factor and they truly care about their customers!
After 30 years away from bikes I decided to get back in before retirement. Spent much time and gas running around Niagara looking at various brands of bikes and talking to many salesmen. I should have just went to see the staff at NRC since that was where I ended up.
Larry spent a lot of time and effort getting me comfortable on the proper bike for me and made sure I was safe and understood all the controls on the bike. Service and accessory departments are as helpful as sales but my favourite employee has to be Buster.
If you are after a bike go straight to NRC and you're guaranteed to be treated right.
Bottom line is I travel 100 klms to bring my bike for service at Niagara Race Crafters and in doing so I pass at least three other Kawasaki dealers on the way... I even have stayed at a hotel overnight for a major job.
Why you might ask - is it price? Not necessarily however I have found the prices to be fair and competitive. Is it product availability? To some extent but more importantly is the fact that they will go the extra mile to locate the product if they can. Is it service – most assuredly! However it is more than one of these elements it is the “total package”!
I have the privilege of conducting seminars for new entrepreneurs starting businesses in our community. One of our seminars is entitled “The True Cost of Customer Service”; in this workshop we discuss what it costs a company if they provide less than “best in class” service. One of the examples we use is the story of me acquiring my first motorcycle after 40 years being without one.
Bottom line is that in two years I changed dealers three times and then I found Niagara Race Crafters; what an eye opening experience and I now use my experience to describe the lost cost to the other dealers because of their poor customer service.
In my opinion one of the differentiating factors is that at NRC’s you feel like you are valued not just by Larry and Patty (the owners) but also the rest of the staff. When I drop in even if it has been months they remember me by name and treat my requests and sometimes uniformed questions with sincerity and promptness.
I have recommended NCR to many of my riding friends and I know that my seminar attendees have learned as a result of my sharing this experience of how to build advocacy through excellence in customer care.
In the past three years I have “invested” over $30k in my motorcycles so the value I get in return is very critical to me – I am also at times unreasonably demanding; others in this industry could learn from the team at NRC.

Great Shop! Great Service! I'm impressed not only by the staff's considerable technical knowledge, but also by their unmatched customer service. These guys remember your name, your situation, and your preferences. They also have top-notch service mechanics to keep your bike running like new. I have purchased two motorcycles from Race Crafters and also several custom items as well from them. I have never had a negative experience with them or with anything I've bought from them.
