The driver sped into my complex and basically threw the smokes into my hand forgot to give back my change until 2 hours later, I ordered my smokes to be delivered this morning would recommend nippising essentials! The driver can be sometimes late but delivered to my complex this morning and was super friendly and super nice

Absolutely ridiculous. I order smokes at 1230 in the after noon and it is now 5pm. We called at 3pm and they said it would be at my place in a matter of minutes. Give them the benefit of the doubt at that point. Now Im fuming... worst business in north bay ontario do not ever order from these thieves. And to top it off i paid e transfer. So i could be assured that I would receive them. Apparently not. Smh

Been buying Canadian Goose Blues and paid $28 a carton... called today and was told there was a $.50 increase, but was charged $29.50 AND had a pack missing from the carton. waiting on someone to deliver the pack.never complained before but have been gettin more and more unimpressed with their business. Also, same day same problem, the driver told me she didnt have cgange for $40 and promised she would come back with change. Needless to say i got change from my room mate

I had to change my GOOD review. I ordered yesterday, waited 5 hours for delivery, nothing. And they wouldnt answer their phone.

when u call and make a delivery request n its not coming or when u call back wondering where your delivery is its very bad i call from 4:30 to now n they answers to other people but not me just to let u know how bad they r

Unheard of Delays

The service is horrible and the delays are insane. I've ordered 4 packs of cigarettes and been made to wait 8 hours for them. I've ordered cigarettes at the start of the day and had them not even show up. The delivery people will also quite frequently come to your door and say they "accidentally" forgot to bring any change, basically demanding a tip or refusing to give you your order. The worst service I have ever encountered, hands down.
