I went to Cecil's on New Year's Eve for dinner, and it was great! They had made a special menu for the night, and had set up salad and dessert tables. It really felt like they had gone the extra mile to make new year's special. The food was delicious, the servers were busy, yet still very attentive, and the dessert bar was fabulous!
Ribs were delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed complimentary corn bread and baked beans served as an appetizer. However, service started out great, but when business picked up I couldn't get a second drink even when I tried playing with my empty glass to get attention. Nothing! As a result, I left early and tipped accordingly.
