    Joe is a fantastic craftsman and person. He built a beautiful fence for us in a short period of time. Everyone comments on how nice our fence is. Total Privacy thanks to Joe. He is very punctual and efficient and he loves dogs which was so appreciated as our pup is super nosy and interested in everyone.     Reasonably priced high quality work. Efficient operation - the posts placed quickly and well-aligned. The next day the fence panels placed and all trash removed within 2 hours. Fence looks really good and clean. Was offered some alternatives to my request which were valuable to consider prior to the project start. Thank you for the quality job! Our property was treated with great respect and care to the yard and plants. The work was completed exactly as specified and without any delays.

    We contacted Joe Cogliano and he showed up the next day and gave his recommendations and an estimate to tear down our old deck and build a new one. His contract outlines everything he will do and states that "he will remain on the property until the job is finished." He showed up early each day and provided suggestions as he went along. His work was excellent, his price was reasonable and he started and finished the jog on time. I would highly recommend Joe if you want a new deck or fence built.
