Dr Ying Lu

I highly recommended Dr. LU for eye treatment, I was diagnosed for early stage of glaucoma, Dr. Did a Laser treatment, it was painless.i am very happy for her professionalism & caring nature. Also thank you for the front desk ladies, specially Monica, she treated all the seniors politely, respectfully & kindly.

Always received valuable advise and treatment. The front staff are very kind and follow covid protocols very well.

If there were was a no star rating I would use it. She treated me for years and had me booked for double cataract surgery. I went to the Toronto Glaucoma clinic at Western..and I have neither! I was so in shock that I was sent to another Opthalmologist for a second opinion. Again, I dont have either. Shame on her. She was professional and confident and I whole heartedly believed her. Get a second opinion!

Office setting up for patient care is very efficient . Dr Lu is kind , compassionate and competent , what more you can ask for a busy eye surgeon ?
